What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
MOQ varies by product line. For footwear we typically start at 600 pairs per style/colorway; hardware and garden tools are commonly 500–1000 pieces per SKU. We are flexible for first-time orders and trial shipments — please contact us with your target items.
Can I request a sample before placing a bulk order?+
Yes. Stock samples are available within 3–5 working days. Custom samples (your logo / packaging) typically take 7–14 days. Sample fees are refundable against bulk orders.
What is the typical lead time?+
For in-stock items: 7–10 days. For made-to-order goods: 25–35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Peak season (Aug–Oct) may extend lead time by 7 days.
Which payment terms do you accept?+
T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment is standard. We also accept L/C at sight for orders above USD 50,000. PayPal and Western Union are available for sample orders.
Which incoterms do you support?+
FOB Ningbo / Shanghai is our default. CIF, CFR, DDP and DAP are available on request — we work with reliable forwarders for door-to-door service worldwide.
Do you offer OEM / private label?+
Yes, we provide OEM/ODM service including custom designs, logo printing, retail packaging, hangtags and barcodes. Send us your tech pack or reference samples and we will quote within 48 hours.
Are your products certified?+
Our footwear is REACH and CPSIA compliant; hardware and garden tools come with CE/ISO certificates. Specific certifications (FSC, GS, RoHS, ANSI) are available depending on item — let us know your target market.
Where do you ship to?+
We export to Europe, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, Australia and Africa. Major destinations include the USA, Germany, France, UK, Italy, Spain, Mexico, Brazil, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
